Orders
Orders are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Special Orders
If there is a product or certain flavor or size of a product that you would like and do not see in our catalog, please call us so we may assist in satisfying your need. In some cases we may be able to special order for you. Due to some exclusive and territorial arrangements with other distributors, certain brand names may not be available. Special orders are non-refundable.

Shipping/Freight
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges fluctuate depending on weight, size and destination. Orders normally ship out within 24-48 hours after order is placed. To ensure shipment arrival, please arrange for a person (18 years of age or older) to be present to receive and sign for delivery. Shipping address must be a residence or place of business. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. boxes.  

Payments
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Checks. Special orders, facial equipment and furniture must be prepaid with credit card or check. Please allow 7 business days for checks to clear. Checks must be made payable to Bella Spa & Salon Distributor. Please add applicable sales tax on all merchandise delivered within California. Sales Tax Resale Certificate must be on file to waive sales tax on retail items.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Bella SSD product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Bella SSD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bella SSD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for your purchase and your order is cancelled, Bella SSD shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Catalog/Website/Promotional Sheet Conditions
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are wholesale prices. Actual items may differ from picture shown in catalog or website.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it within 30 days for a full credit or full refund of purchase price or exchanges less the shipping fee. No credit or refund will be given if returned product is not in its original packaging or customer does not have original receipt. Bella Spa & Salon Distributor is not responsible for any damage done to any products during shipping. Customer is responsible for secure packaging and delivery of returned products. Upon inspection, Bella SSD, reserves the right to reject any return based on the condition it is received. Credit or refund will be issued once merchandise is received.

All returns, credits, refunds and exchanges must accompany an original receipt, be in original packaging, approved by management and is subject to 25% restocking fee if returned for non-warranty related issues. Fee may increase on damaged or used equipment. The merchandise must accompany the original receipt and been purchased within a 6-month period to be eligible to receive a credit or exchanged product.  Customer’s original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

There are no returns, credits, refunds or exchanges on sale items; however, if the item is defective, an exchange or credit may be issued and subject to management approval.  Damages, used, and stickered products will not be accepted.

Once RETURN is approved by management, a Return Authorization (RA) form will be issued and must be mailed back with the returned items for proper return procedures. CREDITS will be processed within 15 days from the date of receipt. REFUNDS will be processed within 30 days from date of request. Please be aware and inform your staff that it is the customer’s responsibility to count and sign for merchandise and quantity of boxes received.  Bella SSD is not responsible for missing boxes if the number of boxes signed for matches the number of boxes shipped. Sales on the Bluberry, Revitalight, Microdermabrasion (Diamond or Crystal), MicroCurrent, Pro3Son, ProWave, Proellixe, Synergica, Oxymegastation, VIP and any discontinued products are final without return. Returns may take up to 4 weeks to process. Customers paying by check or credit card will receive a return payment of the same tender. Customers paying in cash will receive a check made out to the business name unless otherwise specified.

Missing/Damaged

Any missing and/or damaged claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Missing/damaged claims will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Warrant Policy

All facial equipment and furniture carries a 6-month warranty. Warranty coves manufacturer malfunction only. All warranties are limited to manufacturer provided replacement parts. Installations and manual repair is not covered in the warranty. A two-year warranty is also available on select products. If customer ships or brings in a damaged product, our on-site technician may be able to provide repairs. Repairs usually take 5-7 business days. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Warranty excludes damage caused by improper setup, neglect or normal wear and tear. All warranties are voided by non-factory modifications and repairs by unauthorized personnel. Bella SSD does not provide off-site labor services but we do have Account Executives and an on-site technician that can assist with over-the-phone troubleshooting, and providing tools for servicing our products.

Replacement parts and pieces
In the event that a machine, piece of equipment, or bed requires a replacement piece, one will be mailed to customer. Replacement parts and pieces carry a 90-day warranty. Installation and manual repair is not covered in the warranty.

Returned checks
A $25.00 charge is made on all returned check(s) or three times the amount of the check, whichever is greater and accordance to federal laws. Terms may be changed to Cash in Advance (CIA) if a bounced check occurs on the account. A $9.00 service charge is added for all Collect On Delivery (COD) requests.

Professional Only
Bella SSD sells exclusively to spa professionals, spa owners, beauty schools and students. We may ask for your state license and/or resale number which we will verify and keep on file. We offer various specialized programs and services for select chain spas and school accounts. We reserve the right to close any account, if we find that it does not abide by our guidelines.

Any use of our company name, logo, likeness, or images is prohibited without the express written consent of Bella Spa & Salon Distributor. All of our products are for professional use only. Bella SSD will void all warranties, express and/or implied to all purchased products for improper use or used outside of manufacturers’ specifications.

At Bella SSD we recognize that privacy is important. We will never sell, share or distribute any of our customers’ information. We respect the privacy of each customer and treat all gathered information with integrity. Email and mailing addresses may only be used by Bella SSD for distribution of our complimentary catalog as well as for any in-house marketing, advertising or promotional offers. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by Bella Spa & Salon Distributor or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies.
When you send email or other communications to Bella SSD, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services. This Privacy Policy applies to Bella SSD services only. We do not exercise control over the sites linked from our site.
