Maria Comfort, artistic medical and spa esthetician, and present owner of Touch - Total Look, Face and Body Spa in Woodland Hills, has worked with and traveled teaching classes all over the world, the proper use of skin care treatment machines in the esthetic field for the last ten years. As an educator Maria regularly travels throughout the United States and to foreign countries teaching and training other aestheticians and physicians the proper use of machines which improve the appearance and good health of the skin.

As an inventor and entrepreneur, Maria developed training techniques that have been adopted by her student physicians and aestheticians throughout the Country, Her policy is to keep skin care easy, holistic and effective. Maria studied healing arts in Japan with Dr. Tadamasu Fukuya, and applies these teachings to her practice. She annually travels to Japan continuing her studies. Maria's private clients, Celebrities and Professionals alike all remain loyal from when she worked in Beverly Hills and Universal City, before opening her new spa in Woodland Hills, Touch - Total Look, Face and Body Spa. In her spa you will find the latest in skin care equipment, including the Intense Pulse Light Photo Facial and Hair Reduction machine, natural soft Eyelash extensions (which she teaches and trains as well). Gretchen Ignacio is a Licensed Esthetician based in Southern California and works part-time for Bella Beauty Distributors as an educator. For over 10 years, Gretchen has been an advocate of good skin care, since she suffered from cystic acne throughout her adolescent years and well into adulthood. She was an apprentice to her mother, who has been an esthetician for 25 years, and a mentee of Maria Comfort, who has also been a practicing clinical esthetician for 30 years. Gretchen learned her skills and knowledge through apprenticeship, school, and her own battle with acne. She is versed in microdermabrasion, the treatment of acne, peels, skincare products, anti-aging, and the use of all Bella machines. When she is not working as an esthetician, Gretchen works as a psychotherapist.
